COURSE ENROLLMENT POLICY

Students are enroll in a course for 60 days. Afterwards, they are dropped. They may be enrolled back in for an additional 14 days. For fee-based courses, students are required to pay after the additional 14 day period.

Participants have 60 days from the date of registration to complete coursework, have the class graded by the instructor within 3 business day, and resubmit any answers toward a passing grade allowing an additional 3 business days for re-submission grading. In order to avoid being dropped before passing the course, ChildCareTraining.org recommends you complete the class at a minimum of at least two weeks prior to the 60 day drop date.

If a student does not complete a class prior to the expiration of the 60 day enrollment period, we will add the student back in for 14 days with a call or request from the helpdesk (orange question mark in the lower right hand corner).

For fee based classes, if the student still does not complete the class in that additional fourteen day period, they will be required to pay for the class again.

The exceptions to this policy are synchronous courses, which have specific begin and end dates, and are time-limited.
