- Arizona
- Arizona does not currently require annual training for child care providers. However, ChildCareTraining.org encourages early childhood practitioners to complete professional development to learn more about the critical early years and how to foster early learning. Our courses are designed to help improve the overall practice for the child care program.
- California
- California does not currently require annual training for child care providers. However, ChildCareTraining.org encourages early childhood practitioners to complete professional development to learn more about the critical early years and how to foster early learning. Our courses are designed to help improve the overall practice for the child care program.
- Colorado
- ChildCareTraining.org courses can be used for the 15-hour annual ongoing training requirement in Colorado.
- Florida

ChildCareTraining.org courses can be used for the 10-hour annual in-service training requirement in Florida. Courses and credit hours have been approved by the Florida Department of Children and Families.

Courses are also approved for the IdahoSTARS program. To receive IdahoSTARS training hours for a ChildCareTraining.org course, submit a copy of your certificate of completion, along with your name, address, email, phone number and business name to:

- ChildCareTraining.org courses can be used toward the 15-hour annual in-service Illinois training requirement.
- Minnesota
- Family and group home providers in Minnesota must contact their local licensors to determine if ChildCareTraining.org courses will be accepted. Regulations vary from county to county.
- Montana

ChildCareTraining.org courses are approved for the Montana annual training requirement.
ChildCareTraining.org will submit verification of your training to the Early Childhood Project upon succesfful completion. You may print your own certificate of completion for your records.
- Nevada
- ChildCareTraining.org courses are approved by the Nevada Registry and can be used toward the annual training requirements. Please retain your certificate of completion to present to licensing upon inspection, as it includes the Nevada approval code for the course.

- ChildCareTraining.org courses are approved for the annual training requirement.
- North Dakota
- Family and group home providers in North Dakota need to contact their local licensors to determine if ChildCareTraining.org courses will be accepted. Regulations vary from county to county.
- Ohio

ChildCareTraining.org courses are approved in Ohio.
If requested and sent the form, the course instructor will complete Form JFS 01307. Please mail the form to ChildCareTraining.org, 105 East Pine Street, Lower Level, Missoula, MT 59802. Please indicate which course you completed and the instructor. This information is available on the certificate of completion you will receive after the course is successfully completed.
- Oklahoma
- ChildCareTraining.org courses are approved for Tier 1 training in Oklahoma.
- Oregon
- ChildCareTraining.org courses approved for the Oregon annual training requirement of 15 hours per year per child care center, and eight hours every two years per family home.
- South Dakota
- ChildCareTraining.org courses are approved for the annual training requirement of six hours for a family home, 10 hours for a group home and 20 hours for a child care center.
- Texas

ChildCareTraining.org courses are approved for one-half of the 15 hours of annual training for center staff. For a home assistant, no more than 12 of the required 15 hours can be completed online. For an in-home primary caregiver, no more than 16 of the required 20 hours can be completed online.
Providers must submit their certificate of completion to a local licensor.
- Utah
- ChildCareTraining.org courses can be used for up to half of the required annual training for Utah child care providers.
- Wyoming

Courses are approved in Wyoming and STARS will grant credit for licensing purposes for training completed through ChildCareTraining.org.
